About the Founder

Building its future.

Jessica Gill is based in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia. She grew up on John Hughes films and hip hop, carries Post-it notes everywhere, and believes big ideas deserve bold action.

"She blends Montessori roots with a data-driven mind. She trusts intuition, measures results, and builds solutions that work in the real world — because home, stability, and dignity form the foundation for everything."

Through Aging by Design, Jessica provides strategic consulting at the intersection of housing policy, nonprofit capacity, and organizational leadership. Her clients range from statewide housing intermediaries to local affiliates navigating complex growth challenges.

Before launching Aging by Design, Jessica spent years working at the intersection of public health, housing, and operations — bringing an MPH perspective to every engagement. She believes social determinants of health shape everything, and that affordable housing is healthcare.

She raises two college-aged boys, cheers loudly at soccer games, and shares her home with two cats who look more like small ponies than pets.
